DFNC2 Forum Overview

DFNC2 Forum

Last year, Ukraine hosted the DFNC1 Forum, bringing together 252 companies from over 30 countries, all united by a shared goal: to build the arsenal of the free world. The Forum led to Ukrainian manufacturers signing 20 collaboration agreements with partner companies. A major milestone of the 2023 Forum was the launch of the Alliance of Defence Industries, further strengthening international defence cooperation.

The goal of DFNC2 in 2024 is to build on last year’s successes by deepening partnerships, forging new alliances, and advancing innovative defence solutions. This year’s forum aims to further strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities and global collaboration for a safer world.

Forum Mission

  • Promote Ukraine’s ambition to build the arsenal of the free world together with partners
  • Ensure accelerated and sustainable growth of Ukraine’s and partners’ defence industrial capabilities through partnership
  • Attract international defence industries to establish presence in Ukraine to facilitate technology and lessons learnt exchange
  • Bring financing to enable Ukraine’s defence industry to support Ukraine’s Security and Defence Forces in the fight for freedom and democracy
